What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and demos; scope integrations with customer systems.
- Guide implementation: API, webhooks, consent embedding, FHIR mapping.
- Write the integration guides and example code you wish you'd had.
- Be the feedback loop between customers and engineering.
What we're looking for
- Engineering background; you can read our API docs and write a working integration in an afternoon.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Familiar with FHIR or willing to become so quickly.
- Clear writer, patient teacher.

Four steps, two weeks if you want it that fast. A 30-minute call with the hiring manager. A practical exercise related to the role (paid, if it takes more than two hours). A half-day with the team, in person or remote, including a session listening to real retrieval calls. Then references and an offer.
