We're a team of 23 in Paris and Boston, building agents that do the tedious, high-stakes work of medical record retrieval. Small team, large problem, real patients on the other end.

How we work

Three things we actually believe.

The record is the product.

Not the model, not the dashboard. If a field is wrong or missing, nothing else matters. We measure ourselves on completeness and provenance first.

Agents earn autonomy.

Every new capability starts with a human in the loop, and only graduates when the numbers say it's ready. We'd rather be slow than sorry with health data.

Talk to the front desk.

Everyone here, engineers included, listens to real retrieval calls every week. The clerks we speak to are the users we design for.
