Retrievant has been included in an annual European list of health-AI companies to watch, compiled by a panel of clinicians, investors and health-system CIOs. We were one of a small number of infrastructure companies on a list otherwise dominated by diagnostics and care-delivery products.
The citation singled out the retrieval-operations model: pairing autonomous agents with a team of bilingual specialists who take escalations, label failures and maintain a shared memory of how each provider prefers to be contacted. The panel described it as 'an unusually honest answer to the question of what happens when the agent is wrong'.
We are grateful for the recognition and slightly wary of lists. The measure that matters to us is the one on the status page: the share of retrievals that come back complete, with every field sourced, inside the time we promised. That number went up again this quarter, which is the news we would rather be known for.
